Tokyo.. Tokyo... Tokyo... A city that never sleep.... Terlalu banyak lokasi... aktiviti dan tempat menarik di Tokyo... Bercuti to this city... is indeed an experience... with so much to explore.. 

 

Ahhhhh... I can still mesmerise the cool breeze in the morning... With sunlight shining down the street. A beauty with so much to offer... Heritage.. Culture... Modernist... Shopping.. Sensation? Bring me to lifeeeee.... eh eh tetiba... :p

Bercuti Ke Tokyo. Tempat menarik untuk dilawati di Tokyo? 

Terlalu banyak uols... Sehingga tak tercover semuanya... But here you go some of the list of places that we had the chance to do and see during our recent first visit to Japan.. 

Disneyland Tokyo

Okey tak kisah.. Sama ada tua atau muda... Male.. Female... Berkeluarga.. Couple atau solo... Disneyland Tokyo wajib pergi.. Full stop! 

 

First sebab Disneyland Tokyo is one of the best disneyland in the world... Two sebab banyak rides yang best best.. Three simply beacuse I say so! hehe but serious Disneyland Tokyo was so much fun! Rugi kalau melancong ke Jepun tak singgah ke sana..

 

And for parents with kids... Your lil one will super love em.. Even as a toddler.. Baby E had a good time... But of course... mummy dan daddy yang terover excited dulu... kekekeke..

So how much is the ticket to theme park? Lebih kurang dalam 6000 yen (Rm200 plus) seorang.. 

Beli tiket di mana? We purchased ours at Hilton Tokyo Bay where we stayed in the beginning of our trip. There's a ticket booth at the hotel lobby. Cepat.. senang.. Takde queue queue pun.. Alternatively you can also purchase online Click here OR beli terus di counter theme park itself.. WHich you might expect a long queue though.

Tips? Makan di Theme Park Tokyo Disneyland can be challenging.. Alternatively you can gran a bite inside the mall connected to the train station - Maihama. TAda banyak option makanan di sana. TGI Fridays pun ada. Dan bila datang ke Disneyland Tokyo Wajib beli  ole ole disney character from disney merchandise store.

Harajuku 

Bahaya... Bahaya.... Serious wei! kalau sebut tentang shopping di Harajuku sangat membahayakan. Kiri kanan.. Depan belakang.. shout only one thing.. OwhWowSome! Or should I rephrase.. Shoe-ping!  (-_-) 

Be lost in lanes of small unique street dan keindahan kedai-kedai comel di Harajuku. Menjadikannya antara tempat menarik wajib di terjah bila ke Tokyo.. On weekend if you're lucky enough.. Boleh jumpa muda-mudi Jepun berpakaian the harajuku style. Pastu boleh la snap-snap gambar.. Pastu jalan-jalan eh eh terbeli kasut cantik :p

Tips? You got-to-have-to-buy sneakers in Tokyo! This place I tell you sangat footsie heaven. Antara our favourite-shop-must-buy - KickS Lab. Kalau sampai sana cer cari sales advisor Yu Ishibasyhi.. He is super super nice.. Sangat penyabar.. Polite... veryyy helpful.. Do note size can be challenging though.. Disebabkan kasut disini kebanyakkannya unik... Size kasut agak limited... Kalau memang kaki shopping.. Bersedia untuk spend hours here.. 

Shibuya

Neon advertisement and big screen? Yes this is the place widely known as an entertainment district dan another shopping-must-go for shopaholic in Tokyo.  The street is so bustling.. Sesangat lah happening.. 

 

Baby E sampai bersengkang mata.. tak mau tidur lah. Mummy think you're sensing the excitement from the street too eh.. hehe.. Regardless Shibuya is a good area to have a cuppa and people watch. Karaoke.. Anime cafe.. Casino... macam-macam ada disini....

Tips? Dont missed! Shibuya Crossing! One of the best photograph spot in Tokyo also known as 'The Scramble Crossing'. Tak sah kalau pergi tempat menarik di Tokyo dan tak selfie disini. Lokasi.. Its right opposite the train station. Kat sini la where some of the best blockbuster movie was filmed - Tokyo Drift dan Resident Evil.

Ginza

Luxury shopping at its best. Chanel.. Bylgari.. Louis Vuitton.. Hermes? Yes yes All are here.. In fact some of the brand.. tersergam mewah in its very own building.. sky scrapping.. Besar dan sangat tinggi. Jakun kejap... 

So I've heard.. on weekends the street is closed for pedastrians. Cuma boleh jalan kaki sahaja.. 

 

We were there on Sat and yes.. You can practically strut... hang out.. take more selfies with some of the best brand as your picture backdrop. 

Okey jap.. Baby E nak strut dulu.. mummy daddy wait ok

Well there you go.. Antara tempat-tempat best wajib pergi Bila bercuti di Tokyo. Actually banyak lagi sebenarnya. Tapi masa berlalu terlalu Cepat Tak sempat nak lawat kesemuanyaa.. It feels like days went within a blink je... Before you know it.. its time to say sayonara...

Siapa suka makanan Jepun? Angkat tangan sekarang cepat! :p

If you ask me.. jawapannya pasti me like.. ehhh wait actually I LOVE LOVE LOVE Japaness food. :)

Satu sebab sedap.. Dua sebab healthy.. Tiga sebab sangat-sangat sedap. Full stop... Period.. Jiggy jiggy with it..

Jadi... when in Jepun... wajib to have japaness food! 

 

Tapi nak cari makanan halal di Tokyo wasnt very easy ya.. The thing is lagi senang dan murah makan makanan Jepun di Malaysia...

So here you go... 5 options to consider berdasarkan our recent trip... 

Makan apa di Jepun

Tempura

Tempura ni selalunya terdiri daripada aneka sayur dan seafood yang digoreng rangup mengunakan minyak sayur. Cara makan di cicah dengan kicap masin and can be enjoy with soba (sejenis mi) atau nasi putih. Di Tokyo we had multiple sensation meals of Tempura. Kesedapannya? Is out of this world. It literally melts in your mouth and felt so good after. Even Baby E boleh habis setengah mangkuk. So pleaseeee do not leave Tokyo without tasting a plate of Tempura ok!

Ni set for kids - Ada assorted tempura, nasi, strawberry dan orange juice 

and.. it comes with one toy to choose dari bakul ni. Best kan

 

Soba

Can be enjoyed sejuk atau panas (cold soba vs hot soba). Do note however some of the dipping sauce may contain alcohol. To avoid this.. Cuba guna feature google translate on smart phone when you converse with waiters. Rakyat Jepun mungkin kurang berbahasa inggeris. But they are very helpful dan tersangat baik. Type No pork, No beef, No alcohol dan tunjuk pada mereka. They will assist you accordingly.

Sashimi

There's no better place to enjoy fresh tuna or salmon sashimi rather than in Japan itself. It may not be the choosen plate to some. But for us.. we have always enjoyed a good juicy raw fish that felt owh so yumm.. hehe.. Sashimi kat Tokyo ni gebu gebu.  we had our plate of sashimi di Ginza and I tell ya.. slurppp duppp dapppp..

Shabu-shabu

Ok kalau raw food is not your kinda thing. Try shabu-shabu halal dekat Shibuya..   hirisan daging nipis yang direndam dalam soup dan makan panas-panas dengan nasi. Ahmagadd.. Harga boleh tahan scary expecially untuk dinner. Tips makcik.. Go during lunch hour. Price lebih-lebih murah.

Japaness Crepe

Japaness crepe can widely found especially di Harajuku. From a simple whipped cream and sweat sauce, hingga ke fruits atau ice cream choice.. We had whipped cream and banana... harga dalam 600 yen. Senang je nak order. Ada menu in english with pictures and numbers. Pilih... Bagitau cashier numbe pilihanr dan bayar.. Less than 5 minit dah siap!

So how much do you need to budget per meal, per person di Tokyo? Lebih kurang 1000 - 5000 yen seorang.. Currency convention MYR to Yen Dec 2015 - 10 ribu yen = RM350. That make harga seorang makan lebih kurang dalam RM35 - RM180 satu set.

Yeap food is painfully expensive in Tokyo. Namun... when you travelled so far across the continent.. Naik flight kematu kaki dan badan lebih 7 jam.. Sangatlah rugi kalau tak cuba makanan Jepun di negara Jepun sendiri. So make sure sediakan budget cuba makanan Jepun the next trip you plan to Jepun ok? Till then...

Konichiwa!

So we recently just came back from a week in Tokyo... Short... tiring.. and super duper best gilsssss.. 

I know.. I know.. I always said that in all our travelling journey.. hish..  Buttt... this round seriously.. betul-betul rasa macam tak mahu balik. 

Honestly... I was hoping there's a flight delay ke... kapal terbang tak boleh berlepas ke.. OR even better tetiba last minute cancelation from airline... Hooyeah... shaizzz Dengan harapan we could spend few more hours or even days wondering around feeling lost and mazed in Tokyo....

Namun... what to do.... for every beginning there's always an ending... 

After a fab week... we had to say bye bye Tokyo... You've been amazing... beautiful... mesmerising . definately look forward to return... Hopefully soon.. sob sob 

Well anyways... In summarise from our short trip.. I will prepare 3 post and shall publish em soon..
